建立汽轮机低压转子系统的动力学模型,利用数值积分法和Poincare映射法对其进行非线性特性研究,得出转子系统的分岔图、Poincare映射图和最大Lyapunov指数图.分析随转速变化和径向密封间隙对转子动力学行为的影响.结果表明:在转速变化时,系统经过周期运动后进入混沌状态,最后又回到一周期状态.在径向密封间隙变化时,转子经概周期运动后进入混沌状态.

A dynamic model of rotor systems with low-pressure steam turbine was established in this paper,and the nonlinear dynamic behaviors caused by gas-exciting were studied.The bifurcation diagrams and maximal Lyapunov exponent maps were given about Rotate speed and Radial sealing clearance.The results indicated that the system through periodic motion entered into chaos with the rotate speed changing,and finally backed to one period state.In seal clearance changes,the rotor after periodic movement entered into chaos.
