借鉴德国"行动导向"教学模式,在基于"工作过程系统化"的课程体系中,通过"玩具外型设计与制作"课程的教学实践,总结出以职业行动能力为导向,以任务驱动为形式,教师引导、学生参与,并实施工作过程与结果多元化考核方式的"行动导向"教学模式,为我国高职课程改革的具体实施提供有意义的参考经验。
藉鑒德國"行動導嚮"教學模式,在基于"工作過程繫統化"的課程體繫中,通過"玩具外型設計與製作"課程的教學實踐,總結齣以職業行動能力為導嚮,以任務驅動為形式,教師引導、學生參與,併實施工作過程與結果多元化攷覈方式的"行動導嚮"教學模式,為我國高職課程改革的具體實施提供有意義的參攷經驗。

Learnning from the German ‘action-oriented’ education mode,we operate the course reform of ‘toy shape designing and working’ on the basis of ‘working process systematization’ course system.We can draw a conclusion that ‘action-oriented’ education mode should be task driving and guided by professional action ability,students must participate in the teaching by the guide of teacher,and should be examined by the working process and achievement.It is so useful for the course reform of advanced vocational education in our country.
