根据铁路建设项目质量评价涉及内容众多复杂的特点,运用供应链思想,利用可拓学的知识,通过对项目质量影响因素的分析,构建基于供应链思想的铁道项目质量评价物元模型,运用于铁道部某项目质量水平综合评价,发现此模型评价结果能比较简明地反映出铁道项目的质量水平.

Quality evaluation of railway construction projects is a hugely complex process involving a variety of issues. By adopting supply chain thoughts and extension theory, a matter element model for evaluating railway project qualities is developed based on the analysis of the factors responsible for project qualities. Its application in evaluating the comprehensive quality of a railway project indicates that this model can concisely reflect the quality of railway projects.
