对7种样品进行系统分离,初筛获得约20株菌,通过对菌落形态、生长速度的观察以及分解纤维素能力判定,挑选其中3株进行分离纯化得到单个菌株B1、F1、F2。通过对菌株纤维素酶活的测定,确定选择B1、F1菌作为沼渣堆肥发酵的试验生产菌并根据各菌株的菌落特征和形态特征,初步确定B1、F1为木霉(THchoderma),F2为青霉(Penicillium)。以牛粪为试验对象,研究了复合菌剂在粪便堆积发酵中最佳生长条件,研究表明:物料C/N为35、水分60%、接种量5%、pH8.0的条件下,适合菌剂中的微生物生长繁殖,活菌数达到40.12×10^8cfu/g。

About 20 strains were obtained by screening from 7 samples. Through observing colony morphology, and growth rate, and determining decomposing ability of celhdose, 3 stains were isolated and purified. They were named as BI, F1 and F2. After determining strains cellulose activity, B1 and F1 were selected for composting. Based on colony characteristics and morphology, B1 and F1 were initially defined as Trichoderma and F2 was initially defined as Penicillium. Taking dairy manure as test objects and studying on the best growth conditions of complex agents in manure composting fermentation, the result showed that the growth of microbiology was the most active when the condition was material C/N 35, water 60%, inoculum5% and pH 8.0, and the number of viable cells reached 40.12×10^8 cfu/g.
