目的探讨不同浓度白酒对大鼠血脂的影响及与脑血管病的关系。方法采用酶法测定高浓度灌酒组、中浓度灌酒组及灌水对照组大鼠血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,分析各组大鼠血脂水平与大鼠脑血管病的关系。结果高、中浓度灌酒组大鼠血TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于灌水对照组(P〈0.05),高浓度组更为显著(P〈0.05);高浓度组HDL-C水平低于灌水对照组(P〈0.05),中浓度组变化不明显(P〉0.05)。脑血管形态学观察,大鼠血脂水平升高(TC、TG、LDL-C)/降低(HDL-C)程度与脑血管病变程度之间存在浓度效应关系。结论慢性灌酒可使大鼠血TC、TG、LDL-C水平升高,高浓度灌酒组更为明显;高浓度灌酒组HDL-C降低,中浓度灌酒组变化不明显。大鼠血TC、TG、LDL-C升高水平或HDL-C降低水平与脑血管病变程度之间存在浓度效应关系,说明长期酗酒可使血TC、TG、LDL-C水平升高和HDL-C水平降低,进而导致脑血管出现病变,且浓度越高危害性越大。

목적탐토불동농도백주대대서혈지적영향급여뇌혈관병적관계。방법채용매법측정고농도관주조、중농도관주조급관수대조조대서혈총담고순(TC)、감유삼지(TG)、고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)수평,분석각조대서혈지수평여대서뇌혈관병적관계。결과고、중농도관주조대서혈TC、TG、LDL-C수평균고우관수대조조(P〈0.05),고농도조경위현저(P〈0.05);고농도조HDL-C수평저우관수대조조(P〈0.05),중농도조변화불명현(P〉0.05)。뇌혈관형태학관찰,대서혈지수평승고(TC、TG、LDL-C)/강저(HDL-C)정도여뇌혈관병변정도지간존재농도효응관계。결론만성관주가사대서혈TC、TG、LDL-C수평승고,고농도관주조경위명현;고농도관주조HDL-C강저,중농도관주조변화불명현。대서혈TC、TG、LDL-C승고수평혹HDL-C강저수평여뇌혈관병변정도지간존재농도효응관계,설명장기후주가사혈TC、TG、LDL-C수평승고화HDL-C수평강저,진이도치뇌혈관출현병변,차농도월고위해성월대。
Objective To investigate the influence of different doses of spirits on rat's blood lipids and cerebrovascular disease.Methods Rats were divided into three groups.The first group was treated with high concentration of alcohol,the second group with middle concentration of alcohol and the third was the control group.The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in blood and the relationship between lipid levels and cerebral vascular disease were analyzed.Results The average levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in blood in the high and middle concentration groups were higher than those of the control group(P0.05).These levels high concentration group was significantly different(P0.05);the level of HDL-C in high concentration group was below the level of the control group(P0.05),the level in middle concentration group did not change significantly(P0.05).Observation of brain morphology showed that there was a dose-response relationship between the extent of cerebral vascular disease and the high and low levels of blood lipid.Conclusions Levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in blood rose after chronic alcoholism.It was found that in high concentration of alcoholism group,levels of HDL-C in blood decreased obviously while it did not change significantly in the middle concentration group.There was a dose-response relationship between the extent of cerebral vascular disease and the high and low levels of blood lipid.Chronic alcoholism increased the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and reduced HDL-C level in blood,which led to the cerebro vascular lesions.
