目的研究老年多梗塞性痴呆(MID)的性激素。方法采取放射免疫法测定老年MID46例,老年非痴呆脑梗塞(CI)62例,老年健康对照组38例。结果男性和女性MID组和CI组分别与对照组比较,睾酮(T)值下降,E2/T增高,均有显著性差异,男性MID组雌二醇(E2)高于对照组。女性MID组和CI组分别与对照组比较,T值下降,有显著性差异,女性E2更明显下降,催乳素(PRL)和孕酮(RPO)及E2/T值无显著性差异。男性上NID与CI组分别比较T、PRO、E2/T均无显著性差异。结论老年MID与CI都存在着性激素失衡,其中男性以E2/T增高,女性以E2降低最为明显。

목적연구노년다경새성치태(MID)적성격소。방법채취방사면역법측정노년MID46례,노년비치태뇌경새(CI)62례,노년건강대조조38례。결과남성화녀성MID조화CI조분별여대조조비교,고동(T)치하강,E2/T증고,균유현저성차이,남성MID조자이순(E2)고우대조조。녀성MID조화CI조분별여대조조비교,T치하강,유현저성차이,녀성E2경명현하강,최유소(PRL)화잉동(RPO)급E2/T치무현저성차이。남성상NID여CI조분별비교T、PRO、E2/T균무현저성차이。결론노년MID여CI도존재착성격소실형,기중남성이E2/T증고,녀성이E2강저최위명현。
Objective To study the changes of sex hormones in multiple infarction dementia (MID) of old people.Method To examine 46 old patients with MID and 62 old patients with non-dementia cerebral infarction(CI) and 38 voluntxers with normal function.Result To compare male MID group,non-dementia CI group with the control group respectively,the level of testosterones(T) was lower,E2/T was significantly higher.In MID group E2 was higher than control group,E2 was significantly higher.To compare non-dementia CI group with the control group,E2/T was significantly higher.To compare non-dementia CI group with the control group,E2 was not especially different.To compare female MID group,non-dementia CI group with the control group respectively,the level of testosterones(T) was significantly lower,E2 was more significantly low.Prolactin(PRL),Progesterone(PRO) and E2/T were not especially different. Conclusion Sex hormone ballance was broken in MID and non-dementia CI.E2/T was higher in male and E2 was obviously lower in female.
