According to the specialty of the aluminum housing electromotor,the reason to produce magnetic noise was analyzed from three aspects of rotor radial magnetic force, resonance and stator distortion.The magnetic noise was dealt with by reducing air gap field density, adding equality voltage wire,improving technique and with other measures.The practice proves that the noise is reduced effectively and the quality of the motor is improved.
