近年来国内外对合成氨装置脱除CO_2的活化剂进行了多次改进,比较而言,UOP公司的本菲尔工艺ACT-1活化剂的吸收性能较高.本文对5种自制活化剂在静态评价装置中进行了研究,通过测定吸收性能,可以得出吸收速度均优于UOP公司的ACT-1活化剂,其中吸收最好的AH-1活化剂,吸收速度比ACT-1提高10%,总吸收量也有显著提高.

In recent years, both domestic and foreign researchers have made many improvements on CO_2 removal from ammonia syngas. Among them, UOP's Benfield ACT-1 activator was very high effective. Absorption performances of five kinds of self-made activators were investigated in a static evaluation device, which showed that all of them had higher absorption rate than UOP's ACT-1. Among these activators, AH-1 had the best absorption performance with a 10% higher absorption rate than that of ACT-1, and it also showed remarkable increase in the total absorbing capacity.
