分析了转盘式双卷筒卷取机大转盘的受力情况,得出大转盘轴承孔的径向载荷分布,用ANSYS软件建立了大转盘的有限元静力学模型,在4种工况下进行了有限元计算,并对大转盘的强度和结构刚度进行分析评价,为自主研发设计该类型卷取机提供了相应的理论和方法.

In this paper,the loads acting on the big wheel of Rotating two-reel coiler are analysed,radial load distribution of the bearing housing are obtained.By ANSYS,a static model of the big wheel was established using the finite element method,then calculated the stress of the big wheel in four working states.The strength and structural rigidity were analyzed.The research in paper provides the corresponding design theory and methods for researching and designing the coiler.
