采用非均相形核法,以HCl为酸化剂在TiH_2颗粒发泡剂表面合成了SiO_2包覆层,并进行释氢试验.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)对包覆层结构进行了分析,探讨了包覆层延缓释放氢气的机理.结果表明,pH值对发泡剂表面的成膜过程影响较大,当溶液pH值为9.5时SiO_2在TiH_2颗粒表面形成致密的包覆层;制得的发泡剂有效延迟释氢时间可达120s.

The TiH_2 particles coated with SiO_2 are prepared using heterogeneous nucleation method with acidification HCl.The structure and the forming mechanisms of the layer are researched.At the end,the hyarogen released experiments are also tested.The result shows that the uniform and compact SiO_2 film can be obtained at the pH=9.5,which can delay the hydrogen releasing time up to 120s.
