研究几种环保型原材料在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用.结果表明,以间苯二酚-甲醛树脂B-20-S替代间苯二酚、纳米氧化锌替代普通氧化锌、经处理馏分芳烃的抽出油(TDAE)替代芳烃油、促进剂NS替代NOBS、塑解剂ZD-8和Renacit-11替代传统塑解剂,在保证或提高胶料性能的前提下,可以实现全钢载重子午线轮胎的环保清洁生产.
研究幾種環保型原材料在全鋼載重子午線輪胎中的應用.結果錶明,以間苯二酚-甲醛樹脂B-20-S替代間苯二酚、納米氧化鋅替代普通氧化鋅、經處理餾分芳烴的抽齣油(TDAE)替代芳烴油、促進劑NS替代NOBS、塑解劑ZD-8和Renacit-11替代傳統塑解劑,在保證或提高膠料性能的前提下,可以實現全鋼載重子午線輪胎的環保清潔生產.

Application of several environment-friendly raw materials in TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using the resorcinol-formaldehyde resin B-20-S instead of the resorcinol,the nano-zinc oxide instead of the common zinc oxide,TDAE instead of the aromatic oil,accelerator NS instead of accelerator NOBS,peptizer ZD-8 and Renacit-11 instead of the traditional peptizer,the cleaner production of TBR tire could be achieved while the compound properties were kept unchanged or improved.
