改进了现有的基于径向双折射晶体的横向超分辨滤波器.通过调整偏振器的偏振方向和晶体光轴之间的夹角,改进的滤波器可以实现更广的超分辨可调范围,并且在相同的条件下,相对于现有的连续振幅型超分辨光瞳滤波器,超分辨性能和焦深都有较大提高.改进的超分辨滤波器,为实际应用提供了更多方便.
改進瞭現有的基于徑嚮雙摺射晶體的橫嚮超分辨濾波器.通過調整偏振器的偏振方嚮和晶體光軸之間的夾角,改進的濾波器可以實現更廣的超分辨可調範圍,併且在相同的條件下,相對于現有的連續振幅型超分辨光瞳濾波器,超分辨性能和焦深都有較大提高.改進的超分辨濾波器,為實際應用提供瞭更多方便.

An improved transversal superresolution filter based on radial birefringent crystal is proposed. The improved superresolution filter is tunable in a wider range of superresolution by changing the angle between the polarization direction of two polarizers and the optical axis of crystal of the radial birefringent element, and on the same condition the superresolution performance and the depth of focus can be greatly enhanced compared with the recently proposed continuous amplitude filter. The improved transversal superresolution filter can provide a further flexibility in practical applications.
