Food models
目的探讨个体化饮食教育的有效方法及干预效应. 方法对102例住院糖尿病患者采用自身对照方法,在接受个体化饮食治疗教育前后以自行设计的饮食相关知识评价问卷等评分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 hPG). 结果饮食教育后患者饮食治疗的理论知识评分、对食物的重量、体积、容积等实物认识的评分以及评分优秀率均较教育前明显提高(P均<0.01),通过教育、饮食、运动、药物等综合治疗,患者的FPG、2 hPG明显降低(P<0.01). 结论对糖尿病患者实施个体化饮食教育干预是必要的、可行的和有效的.
目的探討箇體化飲食教育的有效方法及榦預效應. 方法對102例住院糖尿病患者採用自身對照方法,在接受箇體化飲食治療教育前後以自行設計的飲食相關知識評價問捲等評分、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐後2小時血糖(2 hPG). 結果飲食教育後患者飲食治療的理論知識評分、對食物的重量、體積、容積等實物認識的評分以及評分優秀率均較教育前明顯提高(P均<0.01),通過教育、飲食、運動、藥物等綜閤治療,患者的FPG、2 hPG明顯降低(P<0.01). 結論對糖尿病患者實施箇體化飲食教育榦預是必要的、可行的和有效的.

Objective To explore the effect and methods of individual diet education on management of diabetic patients. Methods 102 patients with diabetes were interviewed by diabetic diet questionnaire, and individual diet education program were carried out with food models. “Diet Knowledge Score”, “Food Practice Score”, FBG and PBG were observed and compared before and after education. Results “Diet Knowledge Score”, “Food Practice Score” were improved significantly after education (P<0.01). The number of the patient′s excellence score was increased after education(P<0.01). FBG and PBG were lowered significantly after education (P<0.01). Conclusions Individual diet education improving the management of diabetes mellitus is necessary,feasible and effective.
