Magnetic roll Surface Rough parameter
显影磁辊作为静电复印机及激光打印机中重要部件之一.在磁辊磁性能及几何尺寸一定的情况下,显影磁辊套筒表面质量决定是否能保证将要求的显影剂数量均匀地送到感光鼓上进行显影.讨论了套筒表面的喷砂处理,选择不同的磨料、时间及压力可得到套筒不同的表面形状及粗糙度.

Magnetic roll is one of the most important parts of static electricity copying machine and laser printer. When magnetism and geometric measurement are in given conditions, the quality of magnetic roll decides whether developer can be carried to drum to develop or not. The sleeve surface processing is discussed, choosing different abrasive, time and pressure will result in different surface shape and rough parameter.
