采用氮气雾化法制得碱锰电池用无汞锌粉,考察了各种微量合金元素的浓度对锌粉析气量的影响。实验结果表明,合金元素的影响因元素含量而异,且不同元素的影响差异较大。无汞锌粉中铟、铋、铅等元素的作用明显,而铝、钙等元素的作用较小。通过实验得出了合金锌粉成分的合理配比范围,并讨论了各种合金元素的影响机理。

Mercury-free Zinc powder for alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries is produced by atomizing in N2. A systematical research is carried out into the gas evolution behavior of Zinc alloy powder . The result shows that the effect of alloy elements on gas evolution varies with the quantity, and especially with the nature of the alloy elements added in. In, Bi, Pb etc. play a more important role than Al, Ca etc. According to the experiments, a proper ratio is pronounced and the influence mechanism is discussed.
