本文采用对氨基酚、苯酚和甲醛为原料合成了一种新型的苯并口恶嗪中间体。运用FTIR和1H-NMR对中间体结构进行了表征。并采用1H-NMR方法研究了反应条件对中间体结构的影响,结果表明在70~90℃下反应1~2h有利于形成口恶嗪环。同时,对该中间体的固化反应进行了研究,表明该中间体具有较高的反应活性,并能够促进苯并口恶嗪树脂的固化反应进行。
本文採用對氨基酚、苯酚和甲醛為原料閤成瞭一種新型的苯併口噁嗪中間體。運用FTIR和1H-NMR對中間體結構進行瞭錶徵。併採用1H-NMR方法研究瞭反應條件對中間體結構的影響,結果錶明在70~90℃下反應1~2h有利于形成口噁嗪環。同時,對該中間體的固化反應進行瞭研究,錶明該中間體具有較高的反應活性,併能夠促進苯併口噁嗪樹脂的固化反應進行。

A novel kind of benzoxazine precursors was synthesized from p-aminophenol,phenol and formaldehyde,and characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR.The relation of reaction conditions to APPF precursors′ structure was studied by 1H-NMR,and the results showed that the reaction time of 1~2h gave more oxazine rings.The curing reactivity of the precursors was also studied.It was found that the precursors were highly reactive and could accelerat the curing reaction of benzoxazines.
