介绍了15吨转炉优化炉容比改造与设计,炉容比得到改善,产量大幅度提高,平衡了公司钢铁料,连铸机能力得到发挥;各项经济指标有了进一步提高,金属喷溅减少,降低了钢铁料消耗,降低吹损率,冶炼周期缩短,钢的质量有所提高.炉壳变形小,托圈强度、耳轴强度设计能满足生产需求.

This paper introduces optimal reformation and design of the furnace volume ratio for a 15t converter. The furnace volume ratio being improved will balance the iron and steel materials in this plant, make full use of the ability of the CCM,the productivity will grow greatly. Each economic target gets further improvement, metal splash is reduced, the consumption of the iron and steel materials lowers and the proportion of the blow loss is also down, smelting period is shortened, the quality of steel is improved. The deformation of the furnace shell is small, and the design of the strength of the bracket ring and ear axis can meet the production request.
