本实验以wistar大鼠和昆明种小白鼠为研究对象,观察"半夏泻心颗粒剂"对大鼠体表胃肌电AP值、FP值以及大、小鼠胃排空率指标,用"酚红法"、"体表胃肌电法"实验并同时做了自身用药前后对比,生理盐水对照和吗丁啉治疗对照。结果"半夏泻心颗粒剂"1.8g/kg,0.9g/kg使大鼠体表胃肌电AP值提高37.5%、82.4%(P<0.01),FP值提高43.3%、18.3%。胃排空率,大鼠提高54.2%(P<0.05),54.9%(P<0.05)小鼠胃排空影响明显,与生理盐水组比较,9g/kg组P<0.05,6g/kg组P<0.01,3g/kg组P<0.01,分别与吗丁啉组接近,结果提示"半夏泻心颗粒剂"有改善大鼠体表胃肌电,提高大、小鼠胃排空的作用。

본실험이wistar대서화곤명충소백서위연구대상,관찰"반하사심과립제"대대서체표위기전AP치、FP치이급대、소서위배공솔지표,용"분홍법"、"체표위기전법"실험병동시주료자신용약전후대비,생리염수대조화마정람치료대조。결과"반하사심과립제"1.8g/kg,0.9g/kg사대서체표위기전AP치제고37.5%、82.4%(P<0.01),FP치제고43.3%、18.3%。위배공솔,대서제고54.2%(P<0.05),54.9%(P<0.05)소서위배공영향명현,여생리염수조비교,9g/kg조P<0.05,6g/kg조P<0.01,3g/kg조P<0.01,분별여마정람조접근,결과제시"반하사심과립제"유개선대서체표위기전,제고대、소서위배공적작용。
In order to determine the effect of "granulater of Ban xia xie xin (BXXX)" on gastric dynamic, rat gastro-electrogastrography and rats and mouses red phenal gastrexcretion test were done after administration. The result showed that The gastro-myoelectric AP value of rat body surface was increased by 37.5% or 82.4%(P<0.01) with 1.8g/kg or 0.9g/kg of granulater of BXXX, and FP by 43.3% or 18.3%, respectively. Red phenal gastrexcretion test showed that gastrexcretion rate was increased by 54.2%(P<0.05) and by 59.4%(P<0.05) in rats, but in mice, the effective gastrexcretion was observed (P<0.01), indicating that "granulated of BXXX" had effects of gastro-myoelectric improvement of rat body surface and increase in rat and mouse red phenal gastrexcretion rate.
