对133例生产过程中接触乙二醇的工人和134例对照人群进行常规尿蛋白定性检查和尿中微量白蛋白(MA)的测定。发现接触乙二醇组两种方法对尿中蛋白质的检出率均明显高于对照组,MA的测定比常规尿蛋白定性检查更敏感。长期低剂量接触乙二醇对肾的损害可能有累积作用。且乙二醇对肾的损害也可能累及肾小球。MA测定可作为接触肾毒性物质人群的健康监护的指标。

In order to explore effects of ethylene glycol on renal functions in exposed workers,urine protein of 133 exposed workers and 134 control workers was examined with Beckman Array 360.The mean age was 32.2±7^1 yrs.in exposed group,and 34.1±7.2 yrs.in control group.Mean working age was 10.1±5.8 yrs.and 12.8±7.9 yrs.,respectively.Positive rates of urine microalbumin test(MA test)and routine qualitative analysis were compared between these two groups.The findings indicated that positive rates of urine protein examined in the exposed group are higher than those in controls(0.75% to 0%),and MA test is more sensitive than the routine qualitative analysis of urine protein(8.13% to 1.51%).As a conclusion,there might be accumulating effects after a long term of exposure to ethylene glycol,which might damage to glomerular.MA test could be used as biomarker of health surveillance for the workers exposed to renal toxicity.
