目的:了解CA-1500全自动血凝仪的基本性能。方法:选择凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)、抗凝血酶3因子(AT-3)几种指标,对该仪器的凝固法、发色底物法、免疫比浊法三个检测系统的一些性能进行初步评价。结果:各指标线性试验,相关系数均在0.97以上,CV小于5%,携带污染率PT为0.2%,APTT为4.6%,溶血干扰试验结果经t检验发现无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:CA-1500全自动血凝仪具有较高的精密度,准确度,溶血干扰影响小,可消除携带污染,检测速度可达120项/h,可储存1000人次的实验数据,检验项目组合,打印报告方式多样化等优点,能够应用于临床常规工作。

목적:료해CA-1500전자동혈응의적기본성능。방법:선택응혈매원시간(PT)、활화부분응혈활매시간(APTT)、섬유단백원(Fg)、D-이취체(D-Dimer)、항응혈매3인자(AT-3)궤충지표,대해의기적응고법、발색저물법、면역비탁법삼개검측계통적일사성능진행초보평개。결과:각지표선성시험,상관계수균재0.97이상,CV소우5%,휴대오염솔PT위0.2%,APTT위4.6%,용혈간우시험결과경t검험발현무현저차이(P>0.05)。결론:CA-1500전자동혈응의구유교고적정밀도,준학도,용혈간우영향소,가소제휴대오염,검측속도가체120항/h,가저존1000인차적실험수거,검험항목조합,타인보고방식다양화등우점,능구응용우림상상규공작。
Objective:To evaluate the performance of CA-1500 automatic coagulometer. Methods: Items of prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (Fg), D-Dimer, antithrombin Ⅲ (AT-Ⅲ) were included to evaluate the system of Coagulation, Chromogenic and Immunoassay. Results:After linear regression analysis, all examined items were found to show good linearity, and their corelation coefficient were over 0.97, CV was lower than 5%. Carried contaminating rate of PT was 0.2%, and its rate of APTT was 4.6%. The effect of hemolysis on the result was slight ( P>0.05, by Student T test). Conclusion: CA-1500 automatic coagulometer shows relatively high accuracy. The effect of hemolysis was slight. The carried contaminating could be well eliminated. It also has the capability of examining 120 species per hour and saving as many as 1000records. The CA-1500 has excellent multiplicity of examining component and record printing, and is suitable for routine examination.
