目的:探讨萌动激活赤灵芝孢子粉对小鼠脾细胞IL-2分泌和脾淋巴细胞转化增殖的影响。方法:实验小鼠随机分成实验组(低剂量组4g/kg/d:高剂量组:8g/kg/d)和对照组(与实验组用同体积的生理盐水),连续用药10天。用3H—TdR掺入法进行检测。结果:与对照组相比萌动激活赤灵芝孢子粉对小鼠脾细胞IL-2分泌有明显促进作用并能明显提高小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化增殖,并有一定的量效关系。结论:萌动激活赤灵芝孢子粉对小鼠免疫功能有明显的促进作用,这可能与其促进细胞因子的分泌和淋巴细胞转化增殖有关。

To explore the action of actively germinating ganoderma spore onthe secretion of IL-2 and the transformation and proliferation of mouse splenocyte.Methods:3H-TdR incorporation scintillation count assays. Results: Compared with the control,the actively germinating ganoderma spore not only dramatically increased the secretion of IL-2 but also enhanced the transformation and proliferation of mouse splenocyte with dose manner. The actively germinating ganoderma spore possesses obviously immuno-promoting effect on mouse immune system and this effect might be related with the secretion of cytokines and the proliferation and transformation of lymphocyte
