目的 探讨在高原条件下IL-1β、TNF-α及NO水平变化在某些神经系统疾病中的意义。方法 以多发性硬化(MS)、格林-巴利综合症(GBS)和帕金森氏病(PD)患者为对象,用ELISA法测定血清及脑脊液中IL-1β、TNF-α和NO水平。结果 MS和GBS患者血清及脑脊液中的IL-1β、TNF-α及NO水平与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.01);PD患者血清中该三种物质与对照组相比无明显变化,但脑脊液中的TNF-α和NO明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 提示IL-1β、TNF-α及NO在MS、GBS和PD发病机制中可能起着重要作用,它们之间也许存在一种网络调节关系。

목적 탐토재고원조건하IL-1β、TNF-α급NO수평변화재모사신경계통질병중적의의。방법 이다발성경화(MS)、격림-파리종합증(GBS)화파금삼씨병(PD)환자위대상,용ELISA법측정혈청급뇌척액중IL-1β、TNF-α화NO수평。결과 MS화GBS환자혈청급뇌척액중적IL-1β、TNF-α급NO수평여대조조상비현저승고(P<0.01);PD환자혈청중해삼충물질여대조조상비무명현변화,단뇌척액중적TNF-α화NO명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。결론 제시IL-1β、TNF-α급NO재MS、GBS화PD발병궤제중가능기착중요작용,타문지간야허존재일충망락조절관계。
Objective To elucidate the effects of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and nitric oxide (NO) on some kinds of CNS diseases at plateau.Methods The concentration of serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) IL-1β,TNF-α,NO were detected in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS),Guillain-Barre' Syndrome (GBS) and Parkinson's Disease (PD).Results The concentration of IL-1β,TNF-α and NO in serum and CSF in patients with MS and GBS was significantly higher than that of control (P<0.01). The serum level of IL-1β,TNF-α and NO in PD patients didn't showed obvious changes but demonstrated higher level in CSF compared with the control (P<0.01).Conclusion Our findings suggest that IL-1β,TNF-α and NO may play an important role in the mechanism of MS,GBS and PD and there may have a network relationship among them.
