通过对不锈钢21-4N在不同温度、不同保温时间下离子氮碳共渗处理，检测其渗层厚度、表面硬度，并根据相应的温度、时间、渗层厚度及表面硬度值描绘出关系曲线，从而阐述不锈钢离子氮碳共渗处理工艺与渗层厚度，硬度之同的关系。
通過對不鏽鋼21-4N在不同溫度、不同保溫時間下離子氮碳共滲處理，檢測其滲層厚度、錶麵硬度，併根據相應的溫度、時間、滲層厚度及錶麵硬度值描繪齣關繫麯線，從而闡述不鏽鋼離子氮碳共滲處理工藝與滲層厚度，硬度之同的關繫。
통과대불수강21-4N재불동온도、불동보온시간하리자담탄공삼처리，검측기삼층후도、표면경도，병근거상응적온도、시간、삼층후도급표면경도치묘회출관계곡선，종이천술불수강리자담탄공삼처리공예여삼층후도，경도지동적관계。
Treat the 21 - 4N stainless steel by ion - carbon - nitriding at differen temperature, different time of keeping temperature,then test the steel thickness, the steel surface hardness. From these data, relation graphs of the corresponding temperature, temperature keeping time, steel thickness, steel surge hardness are obtained. The graphs explain their relations.
