在离体条件下,采用南瓜属植物的下胚轴节段进行嫁接。光镜观察发现: 异种嫁接西葫芦/南瓜和南瓜自体嫁接嫁接后6~8 d在接穗、砧木的薄壁细胞和嫁接面处愈伤 组织细胞中分化出管状分子和筛分子,连接接穗和砧木的木质部和韧皮部桥在嫁接后8 d形 成。随后随发育天数的增加其数目增加。用6(5)CF作为筛管输导的示踪剂检验了不同发育时 期砧木和接穗间的连通情况,发现嫁接后8 d从接穗引入的6(5)CF可以输导到砧木。

재리체조건하,채용남과속식물적하배축절단진행가접。광경관찰발현: 이충가접서호호/남과화남과자체가접가접후6~8 d재접수、침목적박벽세포화가접면처유상 조직세포중분화출관상분자화사분자,련접접수화침목적목질부화인피부교재가접후8 d형 성。수후수발육천수적증가기수목증가。용6(5)CF작위사관수도적시종제검험료불동발육시 기침목화접수간적련통정황,발현가접후8 d종접수인입적6(5)CF가이수도도침목。
The segment of hypocotyl from two species of Cucurbita were g rafted under sterile culture.The vascular development in the graft union from he terograft of C.pepo/C.moschata and autograft of C.moschata was examined by using light microscopy.The xylem and sieve elements were differentiated from the parenchyma cells in the scion and the stock,and the callus of the graft inte rface 6~8 days after grafting.8 days after grafting,the xylem and phloem bridges connecting the scion and stock were formed,and the number of vessels and sieve tubes in the graft interface increased along with the days after grafting.6(5)CF was used as a tracer to test the phloem connection of scion and stock during th e different period of development.It was found that 8 days after grafting the tr acer could be transported from the scion to the stock.
