目的:探讨L-精氨酸(L-Arg)加5-氟脲嘧啶(5-Fu)对艾氏腹水癌(EAC)小鼠存活的影响。方法:将100只昆明小鼠随机分成4组,接种EAC细胞,依照分组向腹腔注射生理盐水、L-Arg、5-Fu、L-Arg+5-Fu,同时记录各组小鼠自然存活时间、处死时平均腹水量。结果:L-Arg+5-Fu组自然存活时间最长,且无腹水,L-Arg组自然存活时间也有所延长,腹水量也比对照组减少,以上2组2项指标与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05),5-Fu组自然存活时间与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05),但腹水量与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:L-Arg+5-Fu延长EAC小鼠的自然存活时间最长且无腹水,疗效优于单独应用L-Arg和5-Fu。

목적:탐토L-정안산(L-Arg)가5-불뇨밀정(5-Fu)대애씨복수암(EAC)소서존활적영향。방법:장100지곤명소서수궤분성4조,접충EAC세포,의조분조향복강주사생리염수、L-Arg、5-Fu、L-Arg+5-Fu,동시기록각조소서자연존활시간、처사시평균복수량。결과:L-Arg+5-Fu조자연존활시간최장,차무복수,L-Arg조자연존활시간야유소연장,복수량야비대조조감소,이상2조2항지표여대조조비교차이균유현저성(P<0.05),5-Fu조자연존활시간여대조조상비차이무현저성(P>0.05),단복수량여대조조상비차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론:L-Arg+5-Fu연장EAC소서적자연존활시간최장차무복수,료효우우단독응용L-Arg화5-Fu。
Aim: To investigate the effects of L-Arg and 5-Fu on the EAC(Ehrlich ascites carcinoma) mice. Methods: 100KunMing mice were divided into four groups randomly, each group included 25 mice inoculated EAC cells. The mice were treatedby celiac injection with saline solution , L-Arg , 5-Fu, L-Arg + 5-Fu respectively in each group . The natural survival time andthe average hydroperitoneum capacity were recorded for each group before the mice were killed. Results: The group with L-Arg +5-Fu without hydroperitoneum survived longer than other groups. The L-Arg + 5-Fu group showed a significant difference whencompared with the control group ( P < 0.05). The natural living time of the L-Arg group lasted longer with less hydroperitoneum,showing a significant difference when compared with the control group ( P <0. 05). There was no significant difference in survivaltime between the 5-Fu group and the control group ( P > 0.05), while there was significant difference in hydroperitoneum ( P <0.05). Conclusion: L-Arg could prolong mice's survival time , and protect mice from injury caused by 5-Fu chemotherapy oftu-mor.
