对马氏体球墨铸铁在不同pH值石英砂浆中的静载三体腐蚀磨损特性进行了试验研究,并与低铬白口铸铁进行了对比。结果表明:无论在静载三体磨料磨损或静载三体腐蚀磨损中,马氏体球墨铸铁均优于低铬白口铸铁。适当提高含硅量,有利于提高腐蚀磨损耐磨性,而且在酸性砂浆中效果较明显。
對馬氏體毬墨鑄鐵在不同pH值石英砂漿中的靜載三體腐蝕磨損特性進行瞭試驗研究,併與低鉻白口鑄鐵進行瞭對比。結果錶明:無論在靜載三體磨料磨損或靜載三體腐蝕磨損中,馬氏體毬墨鑄鐵均優于低鉻白口鑄鐵。適噹提高含硅量,有利于提高腐蝕磨損耐磨性,而且在痠性砂漿中效果較明顯。

The three-body corrosion wear behaviors of martensitic ductile iron and low chromium white cast iron under the test conditions of different pH value slurries have been studied. The results show that the wear resistance of martensitic ductile iron excelled that of low chromium white cast iron no matter what test carried out in the static three-body abrasive wear or corrosion wear. It is in favour of increasing the corrosion-wear resistance when the silicon content is increased properly. Especially in the acidic slurry, the increasing effect is more obvious.
