利用有限元分析软件对轮胎压力监测系统(Tire Pressure Monitoring System,TPMS)的发射模块进行了强度可靠性设计.具体包括材料选择、产品成型分析、结构强度分析与优化3个方面,再借助振动、冲击和疲劳破坏试验来验证产品的强度可靠性.文中所采用的强度可靠性设计方法也不失为同类产品的一般性设计方法.
利用有限元分析軟件對輪胎壓力鑑測繫統(Tire Pressure Monitoring System,TPMS)的髮射模塊進行瞭彊度可靠性設計.具體包括材料選擇、產品成型分析、結構彊度分析與優化3箇方麵,再藉助振動、遲擊和疲勞破壞試驗來驗證產品的彊度可靠性.文中所採用的彊度可靠性設計方法也不失為同類產品的一般性設計方法.

The strength reliability design has been carried out on the TPMS emission module by the use of finite dement analytical software. This design includes concretely three aspects of the material selection, the product molding analysis, the structural strength analysis and optimization. And the strength reliability of product was testified by the aids of vibration, impact and fatigue damage experiments. The strength reliability designing method adopted by this paper can still be considered as a generalized designing method of similar products.
