LG地区X井是中国石油天然气集团公司布置在该构造上的一口风险探井,存在井深、岩石可钻性差,参考资料较少,钻遇异常高压可能性大,井底温度高,纵向上地层压力系统多,硫化氢含量普遍较高等钻井工程风险.针对深井安全钻井的难点,开展了气体钻井、螺杆带PDC钻头、防斜钻井等综合配套技术试验研究,并提出如下建议:①在井下出现油、气、水显示,已危及钻井安全,或供气量不够、井底沉砂超过20 m,接单根困难以及有阻卡现象,应及时转换为钻井液钻井;②采用空气锤不仅能够保证良好的井身质量,而且能保持较高的机械钻速,应继续在(φ)311.2 mm井段中推广应用钟摆、满眼钻具防斜技术;③加强总结,不断完善LG构造上的深井、超深井安全快速钻井配套技术.

The well LG-1 is the first key exploratory well at LG structure. It is featured by great well depth, poor rock drillability, inadequate reference data, high possibility of abnormally high pressure formations, high bottom-hole temperature, multiple formation pressure systems along the vertical direction, and high H_2S content. To overcome the problems challenging the safe deep drilling, comprehensive research and tests have been done on gas drilling, compound drilling with PDM and PDC bits, and deflection-preventive drilling. Some suggestions have been provided as follows: a. during gas drilling, if there is oil, gas or water show, which is endangering the drilling safety, or if the gas rate is insufficient, causing a thickness of over 20 m of the settled sands at the bottomhole and resulting in difficult connection or sticking, gas drilling should be turned to mud drilling; b. the air hammer can not only ensure high wellbore quality, but help maintain a high ROP, and the pendulum and packed hole techniques should also be kept in service at the 311.2 mm-diameter hole section; c. lessons and experiences should be learned continuously to improve the safe and fast drilling technology for deep and ultra-deep wells at the LG structure.
