为了减少停机时间和维修费用,水电厂正在逐步从计划检修向状态检修过渡.为了满足状态检修的需要,在三维动态建模技术和分布式物理图网建模技术的基础上提出了水电机组全状态数字化建模的概念并分析了其建模基础,建模步骤、关键技术及建模目标.以水轮机调速系统摇摆式主接力器为例详细描述了全状态数字化建模的实现方法及其在水电机组维护域中的应用情况.全状态数字化模型的实现和应用将促进水电设备运行-维护-管理自动化水平的发展和提高.

In order to reduce the equipment downtime and the maintenance cost, themaintenance strategy in hydro power plants has to be progressively changed fromtime-based maintenance (TBM) to condition-based maintenance (CBM). The Full StatesDigitized Modeling (FSDM) method of Hydroelectric Generating Unit (HGU) was putforward based on the 3D Dynamic Modeling Method and the Distributed PhysicalGraphic-Net Modeling method to satisfy the demands of CBM. And then, the foundations,modeling steps, key technologies and aim of the FSDM method were introduced.According to the hydro turbine governing system, the methods and its modeling steps of FSDM methodwere particularly described with an application example of wobble gate main servomotor. Throughintroducing device digitized models' application in Hydropower plant, it is pointed out that theimplementation of digitized modeling method in maintenance field is a great progress in course of deviceoperation, maintenance and management.
