以绿原酸含量为指标评价金银花品质。采用索氏提取法提取其叶中的绿原酸,用高效液相色谱法对绿原酸含量进行测定。结果表明:检测波长选择为24212m,绿原酸在0.20-1.00μg呈现良好的线性关系,RSD=1.08,回归方程为Y=30517.234X+4.433,r=0.9999(n=5),绿原酸含量为2.6%。可见金银花品质较好,具有巨大的开发和利用价值。

이록원산함량위지표평개금은화품질。채용색씨제취법제취기협중적록원산,용고효액상색보법대록원산함량진행측정。결과표명:검측파장선택위24212m,록원산재0.20-1.00μg정현량호적선성관계,RSD=1.08,회귀방정위Y=30517.234X+4.433,r=0.9999(n=5),록원산함량위2.6%。가견금은화품질교호,구유거대적개발화이용개치。
The objectives to appraised Flos lonicerae's quality by the content of chlorogenic acid.Chlorogenic acid were extracted with Soxhlet extraction method,the content of chIorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae was determined by HPLC.The results indicated that detecting wavelength was 242 nm ,the method was linear at chlorogenic acid ranging from 0.20 to 1.00 μg,RSD was 1.08 ,typical equation was Y=30 517.234 X+4.433 ,r=0.999 9(n= 5), the content of chlorogenie acid was 2.6%.Therefore, Flos lonicera with good quality had great value on development and utilization.
