采用NADPH二磷酸酶组织化学方法,研究先天性巨结肠症NANC抑制性神经系统.结果提示狭窄段肠管缺乏NOS阳性神经丛,肌层内有散在神经纤维,有时可见到粗纤维或小神经干;正常结肠和巨结肠正常段富含阳性神经节细胞和神经纤维.提示NO与先天性巨结肠发病机理有关.
採用NADPH二燐痠酶組織化學方法,研究先天性巨結腸癥NANC抑製性神經繫統.結果提示狹窄段腸管缺乏NOS暘性神經叢,肌層內有散在神經纖維,有時可見到粗纖維或小神經榦;正常結腸和巨結腸正常段富含暘性神經節細胞和神經纖維.提示NO與先天性巨結腸髮病機理有關.

The nitric oxide synthase (NOS) distribution in the enteric nervous system (NANC inhibition system) was studied by NADPH-diphorase histochemistry method. It revealed completely lack of NOS activity in the neuro-plexus and in musculature of aganglionic segment, on the other hand in the ganglionic segment, NOS was abundant in pattern similar to normal colon. It suggests that NO has been involved in the pathophysiology of Hirschsprung disease.
