目的 分析晶状体不溶性αB蛋白含量与年龄及混浊度的相关性,探讨该蛋白在白内障发病机制的作用.方法 收集80只眼晶状体标本,按年龄段分为老年组(A组,30只眼),中壮年组(B组,30只眼)及青年组(C组,20只眼);用LOCS(Ⅲ)分级法,对晶状体核混浊度进行分级,用westem blot法检测晶状体αB蛋白含量,用Spearman法对年龄、混浊度及αB蛋白含量进行相关性分析.结果 三组患者的αB蛋白印迹条带灰度值分别为(149.6±18.2)、(126.5±15.4)及(98.1±10.6),组间两两差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);年龄与混浊度的相关系数r=0.918,年龄与αB蛋白表达含量相关系数r=0.652,混浊度与αB蛋白表达含量相关系数r=0.620,均P=0.00.结论 不溶性αB晶状体蛋白与年龄及晶状体混浊两两呈正相关性,前者可能在老年性白内障的发病机制当中起到一定的作用.

Objective To observe whether the age is related to insoluble alphaB-erystallin and lens opacities in senile cataract patients so as to explore the mechanism of the disease.Methods Thirty lens from patients aged 65-82 years old,30 lens from that of 45-64 and 20 lens from wrongful death youth were collect- ed.The grade of lens opacities was determined by LOCS (Ⅲ),the quantities of alphaB-erystallin were tested through western blot.The relationship between ages,alphaB-crystallin and lens opacities were analyzed by Spearman correlation method.Results The gray value of alphaB-rystallin in three groups were 149.6±18.2. 126.5±15.4 and 98.1±10.6 respectively,the difference bctwee groups was statistically significant (all P=0. 000).The correction coefficient between age and lens opacities was 0.918,that of age and lens opacities was0.652,and that of age and alphaB-crystallin was 0.620 (all P=0.000).Conclusions Age,insoluble al- phaB-crystallin and lens opacities present positive correlation in senile cataract patients,indicating that the crystalline insoluble alphaB-erystallin may play a key role in senile cataract.
