目的 研究成年大鼠脑出血模型中发生的神经细胞再生现象及其特点.方法 应用雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠制作脑出血模型,采用蛋白印迹分析、免疫组化染色等方法 对5-溴脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(Bromodeoxyuridine,Brdu)及未成熟神经元标记doublecortin(DCX)等进行分析.结果 DCX的表达于脑出血后7d开始增加,2周后同侧脑室下区(SVZ)及基底节区可见大量DCX阳性细胞,其表达达到高峰,为对照组的(793±192)%(P<0.01).结论 成年大鼠中SVZ的神经元前体细胞在脑出血后明显增生,并向受损伤区域移行.

목적 연구성년대서뇌출혈모형중발생적신경세포재생현상급기특점.방법 응용웅성Sprague-Dawley대서제작뇌출혈모형,채용단백인적분석、면역조화염색등방법 대5-추탈양뇨밀정핵감(Bromodeoxyuridine,Brdu)급미성숙신경원표기doublecortin(DCX)등진행분석.결과 DCX적표체우뇌출혈후7d개시증가,2주후동측뇌실하구(SVZ)급기저절구가견대량DCX양성세포,기표체체도고봉,위대조조적(793±192)%(P<0.01).결론 성년대서중SVZ적신경원전체세포재뇌출혈후명현증생,병향수손상구역이행.
Objective To investigate neurogenesis in adult rat after intracerebral hemorrhage.Method Male Sprague-Dawley rats received an intracerebral infusion of 100μl autologous blood.Western blot analysis and histological examination were performed to check doublecortin(DCX)and Bromodeoxyuridine(Brdu).Results DCX levels in the ipsilateral basal ganglia started to increase as early as seven days after intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH),peaked at 14 days(793±192% of sham,P<0.01).We found that most DCX positive ceHs were Brdu positive.Conclusion The results demonstrated that neurogenesis occurs from subventricular gone(SVZ)in the brain following ICH.
