[目的]建立一种用低龄日本大耳白兔制备高效价迟钝爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda, Et)免疫血清的方法.[方法]先制备迟钝爱德华氏菌(Et)抗原.用日本大耳白兔作免疫动物,分2组试验,一组是2月龄组(T组),另一组是6月龄(S组).采取耳缘静脉注射的方法,小剂量连续多次免疫日本大耳白兔,免疫后,收集免疫血清,然后用微量凝集反应法测定免疫血清抗体效价.[结果]凝集反应显示,在免疫剂量相同的情况下,第1次试血测Et免疫血清效价,S组的血清效价比T组的血清效价高,但在第2次试血测Et免疫血清效价时T组的血清效价与S组的血清效价一致.[结论]试验中所采用的T组动物(日本大耳白免)月龄较小,免疫后仍产生了与S组一致的高效价抗血清,说明用低龄日本大耳白兔制备高效价Et免疫血清的方法可行.

[목적]건립일충용저령일본대이백토제비고효개지둔애덕화씨균(Edwardsiella tarda, Et)면역혈청적방법.[방법]선제비지둔애덕화씨균(Et)항원.용일본대이백토작면역동물,분2조시험,일조시2월령조(T조),령일조시6월령(S조).채취이연정맥주사적방법,소제량련속다차면역일본대이백토,면역후,수집면역혈청,연후용미량응집반응법측정면역혈청항체효개.[결과]응집반응현시,재면역제량상동적정황하,제1차시혈측Et면역혈청효개,S조적혈청효개비T조적혈청효개고,단재제2차시혈측Et면역혈청효개시T조적혈청효개여S조적혈청효개일치.[결론]시험중소채용적T조동물(일본대이백면)월령교소,면역후잉산생료여S조일치적고효개항혈청,설명용저령일본대이백토제비고효개Et면역혈청적방법가행.
[Objective] The study aimed to establish an approach that prepared high titer Et immune serum by low age Japanese rabbits.[Method] Antigen of Et was prepared at first, taking Japanese rabbits as immunized animal, dividing two groups of experiments, one is two-month-old group (T group), another is six-month-old group (S group).Using auricular intravenous method, Japanese rabbits were continuous immunized with low-dose, then collecting immune sera.Immune serum antibody titer was determined with micro-agglutination reaction method.[Result] Agglutination reaction showed that the Et serum titer of S group is higher than the T in the first testing with the same dose.But in the second testing, the serum titer of the T group and S group was consistent.[Conclusion] The animals in the T group (Japanese rabbits) have smaller months, and produced high titer antiserum was consistent with S group, which indicated that the method of preparation of high titer Et immune serum by low age Japanese rabbits was feasible.
