目的 探讨献血员感染乙肝病毒(HBV)血清学标志的表现模式.方法 利用酶联免疫吸附试验( EUSA)以AlisA多功能全自动酶联免疫快速分析仪进行检测.荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测HBVDNA.设定HBV血清学标记检测项目序号,并以出现阳性项目的序号为该模式的代码.结果 139份乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)灰区及阳性献血者样本乙肝血清学标记模式有28种,以14567,0,02,145,13567模式为主,占66,91%;另可见15种特殊模式,其中11种为HBsAg灰区表现模式,部分献血员HBsAg灰区人群HBVDNA阳性;检测出44例HBVDNA阳性样本(31.65%),其血清学标记模式有16种.结论 献血员感染HBV血清免疫学标记的模式较为复杂,应重视对献血员乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)灰区人群的研究.

Objective To explore the pattern of serologic markers of blood donor infected with HBV.Method Serologic markers were detected by ELISA assay using AlisA multi-function automate analyzer.HBV DNA was tested by real time PCR.To simplify the illustration,the seven serologic markers including HBsAg grey zone,HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb,HBcAb,Pre - Sl and Pre-S2 were designated respectively as“0”,“1”,“2”,“3”,“4”,“5”,“6”and “7”.The code of the positive serologic markers was used to represent the pattern of serologic markers.Results There are 28 patterns of serologic markers in 139 HBsAg non-negative blood donors with the major patterns of “14567”,“0 ”,“02”,“ 145 ”,“ 13567”(66.91% ).We also found 15 unique patterns,of which 11 patterns with grey zone of HBsAg.HBVDNApositive samples were found in some blood donors with grey zone of HBsAg.16 patterns of serologic markers were found in 44 HBVDNA-positive samples (31.65%) of 139 HBsAg non-negative blood donors.Conclusion The patterns of serologic markers are complex.Study of grey zone of HBsAg in blood donors should be valued.
