通过2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酰氯和α-羟基芳甲基膦酸酯的缩合反应合成了12种标题化合物,用元素分析,IR,1HNMR及MS作了表征.为进一步了解此类化合物的结构,用X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物4a的晶体结构.初步的生物活性测试表明,部分化合物对单、双子叶植物根的生长具有优异的抑制作用.质量浓度分别为100和10 mg/L时,化合物4a~41对油菜根和稗草根的生长抑制率均超过90%.

Twelve novel α-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)arylmethylphosphonates were synthesized from the intermediate (α-hydroxyl)-α-arylmethylphosphonates and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetyl chloride. All compounds synthesized were identified by 1H NMR,IR and MS techniques. The crystal structure of the compound 4a was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Preliminary bioassay results showed that some of these compounds had better inhibiting effect against the roots of rape and barnyard grass. Inhibitory rates of compounds 4a~41 against the roots of rape and barnyard grass were more than 90% at a dosage of 100 and 10 mg/L respectively.
