测试分析影响阳离子淀粉对纺织纤维黏附性的主要因素.通过测试阳离子淀粉的取代度以及粗纱浸浆时间和温度等因素对粗纱断裂强力等表征黏附性能指标的影响,得知:提高阳离子淀粉的含量和取代度,增加粗纱的浸浆时间和温度以及搅拌的时间和速度,有利于增强阳离子淀粉与纺织纤维之间的黏附力.
測試分析影響暘離子澱粉對紡織纖維黏附性的主要因素.通過測試暘離子澱粉的取代度以及粗紗浸漿時間和溫度等因素對粗紗斷裂彊力等錶徵黏附性能指標的影響,得知:提高暘離子澱粉的含量和取代度,增加粗紗的浸漿時間和溫度以及攪拌的時間和速度,有利于增彊暘離子澱粉與紡織纖維之間的黏附力.

Main effect factor of cationic starch on textile fibre adhesion were tested and analysed. Through testing substitution degree of cationic starch, effect of roving dipping time and temperature et al factor on roving breaking strength et adhesion index, it is considered that adhesion force between cationic starch and textile fibre could be strengthened by increasing content and substitution degree of cationic starch,increasing roving dipping time & temperature and stirring time & speed.
