为了研究单边连接高强角钢在输电铁塔中的受力性能,以48根Q460高强角钢为研究对象,对高强角钢双向压弯受力性能进行了静力加载试验研究.研究了压杆不同长细比时高强角钢的破坏模式、承载力、变形性能、截面应变分布等受力状态.试验表明,构件绕连接肢发生弯曲变形,同时伴有绕角钢纵轴的扭转变形,小长细比试件大多为局部屈曲,大长细比试件为整体屈曲.有限元数值模拟了实际试件的受力性能,结果表明:有限元分析的极限承载力结果偏大,美国ASCE规范值偏于保守,试验值处于美国规范值和有限元分析值之间,且靠近于有限元值.在模型试验和仿真试验的基础上,提出了单边连接高强角钢等效长细比公式.因此,试验结果可以为Q460高强角钢设计提供依据.
為瞭研究單邊連接高彊角鋼在輸電鐵塔中的受力性能,以48根Q460高彊角鋼為研究對象,對高彊角鋼雙嚮壓彎受力性能進行瞭靜力加載試驗研究.研究瞭壓桿不同長細比時高彊角鋼的破壞模式、承載力、變形性能、截麵應變分佈等受力狀態.試驗錶明,構件繞連接肢髮生彎麯變形,同時伴有繞角鋼縱軸的扭轉變形,小長細比試件大多為跼部屈麯,大長細比試件為整體屈麯.有限元數值模擬瞭實際試件的受力性能,結果錶明:有限元分析的極限承載力結果偏大,美國ASCE規範值偏于保守,試驗值處于美國規範值和有限元分析值之間,且靠近于有限元值.在模型試驗和倣真試驗的基礎上,提齣瞭單邊連接高彊角鋼等效長細比公式.因此,試驗結果可以為Q460高彊角鋼設計提供依據.

In order to study the bearing capacity of Q460 high-strength single-angle attached by one leg in transmission tower, using 48 high-strength angle steel as specimens, the behavior about press-bending bearing capacity of high-strength single-angle were put to test under static loading. Experimental studies were carried out to investigate failure process, bearing capacity, deformation performance and strain distribution of high-strength angle steel. The experiment result shows: members bend round connection leg,with twisting deformation taking place at the same time. Most of the small slenderness members were controlled by local buckling , and the large members were controlled by overall buckling .The bearing capacity of members were analyzed by finite element numerical simulation analysis , and compared with the experimental results and American ASCE10-1997 results.The results shows that the finite element analysis of the ultimate strength results are largest, results of ASCE are conservative, experiment data are between the code of ASCE and the finite element analysis, but experiment results are close to the finite element analysis. Based on model experiment and simulated experiment, the formula of equivalent slenderness ratio was established .Therefore, the results can provide design reference for Q460 high-strength single-angle.
