为研究植物雅龙果叶子降血压活性,利用HPLC对其50%丙酮-水提取物、正丁醇和水萃取部分及其从正丁醇萃取部分中分离得到的两种单一化合物进行了ACE抑制活性的检测.结果表明上述样品均具有一定的抑制ACE活性,50%丙酮-水提取物、正丁醇萃取部分以及芦丁和咖啡酸的EC_(50)值分别为53、30、4.1、2.2 mg/mL.
為研究植物雅龍果葉子降血壓活性,利用HPLC對其50%丙酮-水提取物、正丁醇和水萃取部分及其從正丁醇萃取部分中分離得到的兩種單一化閤物進行瞭ACE抑製活性的檢測.結果錶明上述樣品均具有一定的抑製ACE活性,50%丙酮-水提取物、正丁醇萃取部分以及蘆丁和咖啡痠的EC_(50)值分彆為53、30、4.1、2.2 mg/mL.

To study the inhibition activity of ACE on the leaves ofSmallanthus sonchifolius,the 50% acetone-water ex-tract, n-buthanol extract,water extract and two compounds obtaining from its n-buthanol extract were detected by using HPLC with angiotensin Ⅰ-converting enzyme. The results showed that all extracts had a certain anti-hypertension activity. Among three extracts,the highest activity was the n-buthanol extract. The EC_(50) values of the 50% acetone-water extract,n-buthanol extract, rutin and caffeic acid were 53,30,4.1,2.2 mg/mL, respectively.
