为找出小麦籽粒多酚氧化酶活性变化规律,以不同品种为材料,研究了小麦籽粒发育及萌发期PPO活性的变化.结果表明,籽粒不同发育时期PPO活性存在显著差异;基因型与发育时期互作,PPO活性差异不显著;籽粒从开始灌浆到成熟,PPO活性变化趋势是先降低然后又升高,但品种间变化幅度不同;小麦籽粒萌发过程中PPO活性也是不稳定的,籽粒萌发过程中,品种之间和萌发期之间PPO活性都有显著差异.

To find change law of wheat grain PPO activity.the experiments mainly studied change of PPO activity during wheat grain development and germination among wheat varieties.The results showed that PPO activity had significant difference among development stages and that had no significance among interaction of genotype and stage.Along with the development of grains,PPO activity declined at first,then rose gradually,but the extent of cultivars is different.During germination stages of wheat grain PPO activity were unstable.that PPO activity had significant difference among different germination stages and different genotypes during wheat grain germination.
