对某电梯锁紧用60Si2CrVA圆柱弹簧在安装调试过程中出现的失效断裂,结合弹簧制造的生产过程,采用原子吸收光谱、断口电镜扫描、金相检验等方法对失效断口进行了详细分析,发现可能导致该弹簧失效的几种缺陷:原材料化学成分不均匀、内部结构存在缩松、缩孔以及热处理工艺不当等,并分析这些缺陷对弹簧性能及弹簧失效造成的影响.
對某電梯鎖緊用60Si2CrVA圓柱彈簧在安裝調試過程中齣現的失效斷裂,結閤彈簧製造的生產過程,採用原子吸收光譜、斷口電鏡掃描、金相檢驗等方法對失效斷口進行瞭詳細分析,髮現可能導緻該彈簧失效的幾種缺陷:原材料化學成分不均勻、內部結構存在縮鬆、縮孔以及熱處理工藝不噹等,併分析這些缺陷對彈簧性能及彈簧失效造成的影響.

During the trial assembly process, fracture failure occurs in the cylindrical spring which is made of 60Si2CiVA to lock the elevator. Considering the manufacture process of the spring, cause analysis is made by atomic absorption spectrometry, scanning electron microscopy and metallo-graphic examination. Several types of defects lead to the failure of spring are found such as the in-homogeneous chemical composition of raw materials, the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage, improper heat treatment process, etc. The effects of these defects on the fracture failure of the spring are also discussed.
