通过棒色谱、气相色谱、红外光谱等分析方法,对反应前后河南稠油族组成及其结构进行了测试,研究了水热催化裂解降粘剂作用下稠油的性能变化,实验表明稠油在水热裂解催化降粘剂作用下重质组分发生加氢裂解反应,胶质、沥青质减少,饱和烃、芳烃等轻质组分增加明显,稠油物性明显改善,为稠油催化降粘开采提供了依据。
通過棒色譜、氣相色譜、紅外光譜等分析方法,對反應前後河南稠油族組成及其結構進行瞭測試,研究瞭水熱催化裂解降粘劑作用下稠油的性能變化,實驗錶明稠油在水熱裂解催化降粘劑作用下重質組分髮生加氫裂解反應,膠質、瀝青質減少,飽和烴、芳烴等輕質組分增加明顯,稠油物性明顯改善,為稠油催化降粘開採提供瞭依據。

The constituents changes of Henan heavy oils reacting with catalytic viscosity-reducing agent were researched.The composition and structure changes pre - and post reacting of heavy oils were tested by stick chromatography,gas chromatography and infrared spectroscopy,etc.The results show that heavy compositions of heavy oils decreased after treatment of catalytic viscosity-reducing agent,and the amount of the saturate and aromatic hydrocarbons is increased.The oil property is effectively improved.The results provided the basis data for recovery heavy oil by catalytic method.
