建立了HPLC法测定马鞭草苷在大鼠血浆、人血浆和牛血清白蛋白中的蛋白结合率,并计算不同种属血浆蛋白的相关参数.结果显示,体外马鞭草苷与大鼠血浆、人血浆和牛血清白蛋白结合率低,且与血药浓度无显著相关性.
建立瞭HPLC法測定馬鞭草苷在大鼠血漿、人血漿和牛血清白蛋白中的蛋白結閤率,併計算不同種屬血漿蛋白的相關參數.結果顯示,體外馬鞭草苷與大鼠血漿、人血漿和牛血清白蛋白結閤率低,且與血藥濃度無顯著相關性.

An HPLC method was established for the determination of the protein binding rates of verbenalin in rat plasma, human plasma and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The related parameters of verbenalin to different genera plasma proteins were also calculated. The binding rates of verbenalin in rat plasma, human plasma and BSA were low in vitro. Moreover, the binding rates were not proportionally dependent on plasma concentration of verbenalin.
