文章通过对车身材料选择趋势研究,车身钣金材料用途分析,以及对车身碰撞路径、板材工艺性及物流管理等各方面的考虑,确定某车型车身材料优化方向;经过优化,某型车身材料较优化前,在材料种类、高强度板比例、材料采购成本及模具成本方面都有明显的减少或改善,并且经过CAE验证分析,正碰和侧碰都能满足结构要求.
文章通過對車身材料選擇趨勢研究,車身鈑金材料用途分析,以及對車身踫撞路徑、闆材工藝性及物流管理等各方麵的攷慮,確定某車型車身材料優化方嚮;經過優化,某型車身材料較優化前,在材料種類、高彊度闆比例、材料採購成本及模具成本方麵都有明顯的減少或改善,併且經過CAE驗證分析,正踫和側踫都能滿足結構要求.

This paper first takes into considerations of the following aspects such as the trend research of BIW material, function analysis of sheet metal, BIW crash path, sheet metal process, logistics management etc. and then determines the optimization of the material for a certain type of car body. After optimization, it has obviously decreased or improved in terms of material type, ratio of high-strength plate,material cost,and die cost. Moreover, after CAE analysis, it has a good result in front crash and side crash.
