为了有效地提高列尾主机自动检测台的检测效率以及稳定性,减少因电磁阀的频繁启动而给系统带来的不稳定隐患,通过机理建模的方法,建立了列尾自动检测台气路控制系统的非线性数学模型的基本结构,利用非线性最小二乘方法辨识模型参数,设计了一种基于计算的精确控制列尾主机自动检测台气路系统的实现方案.该方案优化了气路控制系统性能,有效地提高了其精度和稳定性,是一种切实可行的方案.

In order to improve the detection efficiency and stability of auto-detection platform for train tail host, and reduce the instability of the system caused by frequent start-up of the electromagnetic valve, by the way of principle modeling, the basic nonlinear mathematic model structure was established for gas circuit control system of auto-detection platform for train tail host. The method of Least Squares Method (LSM) was used to identify modeling parameters. A new scheme based on precise calculation on gas circuit control system of auto-detection platform for train tail host was proposed. The performance of gas circuit control system was improved by this way, and the precision and stability was enhanced.
