根据膨胀波火炮(RAVEN)系统的发射机理及结构特点,采用两相流理论,建立发射过程中计及膛内气固两相相间作用及后喷装置动态打开过程的两相流内弹道模型,给出了相应的数值求解方法.通过对RAVEN内弹道过程的求解分析与实验比对,得到了发射过程中,膛内火药燃烧及燃气流动状态的变化规律,给出了后喷装置引入所产生的有别于传统闭膛火炮系统的膛内流动现象,验证了RAVEN内弹道两相流模型的正确性.通过数值求解计算可得到: 1) RAVEN系统在不影响炮口动能的前提下后坐冲量减小53.04%,身管热量降低50.42%;2) 后喷打开时机越早,减小系统后坐,降低身管热量的能力越强;3) 喷管截面参数的变化对减小系统后坐、降低身管热量能力的影响很小.

Based on launch mechanism and structure characteristic of the rarefaction wave gun (RAVEN) system,the two-phase flows model of interior ballistics considering gas-solid interphase effect and dynamic opening of the back-blow equipment in the launch process was established,and numerical method of the model was also given. By the numerical analysis of the RAVEN interior ballistic process,the laws about combustion and flow of powder and the change of flow phenomena caused by back-blow equipment were obtained,and the numerical results are close with the experimental data. It can be found that: 1) the recoil impulse of the system reduces by 53.04% and the barrel heat reduces by 50.42% in the foundation that the muzzle kinetic energy is invariable;2) the earlier back-blow equipment is opened,the better capabilities of reducing recoil impulse and barrel heat are;3) parameters change of the back-blow has a litter effect on the capabilities of reducing recoil impulse and barrel heat,which provides theoretical references for the property research and optimization of weapon system.
