通过向溶胶前躯体溶液中加入与金属阳离子不同比例的柠檬酸,用溶胶凝胶旋涂方法制备透明并且致密的Dy3+掺杂的LaVO4薄膜.当柠檬酸与金属阳离子的比例为2∶1时,制成的薄膜对可见和红外光的透过率达到90%左右,以波长为310 nm的光激发薄膜时可以得到对应于4F9/2-6H15/2和4F9/2-6H13/2跃迁的波长为484nm(蓝光)和576 nm(黄光)的发射波,讨论Dy3+掺杂的LVO4薄膜在染料敏化太阳能电池里的潜在应用.
通過嚮溶膠前軀體溶液中加入與金屬暘離子不同比例的檸檬痠,用溶膠凝膠鏇塗方法製備透明併且緻密的Dy3+摻雜的LaVO4薄膜.噹檸檬痠與金屬暘離子的比例為2∶1時,製成的薄膜對可見和紅外光的透過率達到90%左右,以波長為310 nm的光激髮薄膜時可以得到對應于4F9/2-6H15/2和4F9/2-6H13/2躍遷的波長為484nm(藍光)和576 nm(黃光)的髮射波,討論Dy3+摻雜的LVO4薄膜在染料敏化太暘能電池裏的潛在應用.

Transparent and compact LaVO4:Dy3+ thin films were prepared by a spin-coating method with different ratios of citric acid to metal ions in the precursor solution. The transmittance of LaVO4:Dy3+ thin films reached around 90% in the visible and infrared region with the optimum ratio 2∶1 of citric acid to metal cation.The LaVO4:Dy3+ films were excited by the 310 nm ultraviolet light and emitted the characteristic emissions of Dy3+ peaking at 484 nm (blue) and 576 nm (yellow) due to the transitions of 4F9/2 -6H15/2 and 4F9/2 -6H13/2,respectively.The potential application of LaVO4:Dy3+ film in the dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was also discussed.
