目的 探讨枳实水煎液对便秘小鼠排便作用的影响.方法 采用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠便秘模型,观察不同剂量枳实水煎液对正常小鼠和便秘模型小鼠肠运动的影响.结果 枳实中、高剂量可明显提高小鼠小肠推进率,缩短首粒排黑便时间(P<0.05或P<0.01),且枳实高剂量组可增加6 h内的排黑便数目(P<0.01).结论 枳实具有润肠通便作用.

목적 탐토지실수전액대편비소서배편작용적영향.방법 채용복방지분낙지건립소서편비모형,관찰불동제량지실수전액대정상소서화편비모형소서장운동적영향.결과 지실중、고제량가명현제고소서소장추진솔,축단수립배흑편시간(P<0.05혹P<0.01),차지실고제량조가증가6 h내적배흑편수목(P<0.01).결론 지실구유윤장통편작용.
Objective To study the effect of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus Decoction on defecating function of constipated mice.Methods Constipation mice models were induced by Compound Diphenoxylate.Defecating effects of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus on normal and constipation mice were observed.Results Middle and high dose of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus decoction could increase impelling rate of small intestine,shorten the time for the first dark stools(P<0.05 or P<0.01).and add the amount of dark stools within 6 hours(P<0.01).Conclusion Fructus Aurantii Immaturus has the functions of loosening bowel to relieve constipation.
