目的研制猕猴视觉分辨的 Go/No-Go任务行为训练自动控制系统,应用于认知神经科学、神经生理学、神经药理学、心理物理学、精神科学等实验研究.方法该系统由图形刺激器、传感器、 I/O接口卡、食物投放器、计算机及软件构成.以 Windows操作系统作为开发平台,利用功能强大的可视化开发软件 Visual C++ 6.0作为系统开发软件.在硬件设计中,引进电磁兼容技术,使系统性能更加稳定.结果本系统能精确地自动控制灵长类动物 (猕猴 )完成 Go/No-Go任务行为训练实验的全过程,从行为训练的自动控制到实验数据的自动采集,实验了猕猴 Go/No-Go任务行为训练的自动化,无需实验者直接操作,节省了科研经费和人力.结论该系统人机界面友好,利用传感器检测动物行为活动,判断准确,定时精确.

Aim To prepare the adaptive control system for the training of visual discriminated Go/No-Go task and applying in the experimental studies such as cognitive neuroscience,neurophysiology,neuropharmagology,psychophysis and mental science et al.Methods This system was constituted with graph stimulator,sensor,I/O interface,food dispenser,computer and software.The Windows operating system was used as developmental platform and powerful Visual C++ 6.0 as the developing software for this system.As for the hardware designing,electromagnetism compatible technology was used for stabilizing the behavior of this system.Results This system could exactly automatically adjust the whole course of Go/No-Go task.From the autocontrol of behavioral training to automatic collection of experimental data,the automation of Go/No-Go behavioral training of rhesus macaque was realized and direct operation was not needed,which saved the expenses of scientific research and human resources.Conclusion The autocontrol system for the training of visual discriminated Go/No-Go task presents the advantages of friendly human-computer interface,accurate judgement and exact fixed-time.
