采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和等离子发射光谱(ICP),并结合粘接强度的变化,研究了NEPE推进剂粘接体系中组分的迁移及对粘接性能的影响.结果表明,NEPE推进剂中的硝酸酯和稳定剂向HTPB/TDI衬层中的迁移量,随氨基甲酸酯硬段含量的升高而增大;硝酸酯的迁移对衬层的粘接贮存性能无明显不利影响,但显著降低了HTPB/TDI衬层的力学贮存性能;NEPE推进剂中TPB的单向迁移降低了衬层/推进剂界面的粘接性能,稳定剂的单向迁移显著降低了界面的粘接贮存性能.
採用高效液相色譜(HPLC)和等離子髮射光譜(ICP),併結閤粘接彊度的變化,研究瞭NEPE推進劑粘接體繫中組分的遷移及對粘接性能的影響.結果錶明,NEPE推進劑中的硝痠酯和穩定劑嚮HTPB/TDI襯層中的遷移量,隨氨基甲痠酯硬段含量的升高而增大;硝痠酯的遷移對襯層的粘接貯存性能無明顯不利影響,但顯著降低瞭HTPB/TDI襯層的力學貯存性能;NEPE推進劑中TPB的單嚮遷移降低瞭襯層/推進劑界麵的粘接性能,穩定劑的單嚮遷移顯著降低瞭界麵的粘接貯存性能.

According to the change of bond strength, ingredient migration and their effect in NEPE propellant bonding system were studied by HPLC and ICP . The results show that the migration quantity of nitric ester and stabilizer in HTPB/TDI liner is rising with the increase of the content of urethane hard segment. The migration of nitric ester has no obvious disadvantageous effect on liner storage bond property , but it makes the storage mechanical property of HTPB/TDI liner decrease markedly.The unilateral migration of TPB in NEPE propellant makes the bond property decrease. The unilateral migration of stabilizer in NEPE propellant makes the storage bond property decrease obviously.
